I jot down and photoset my wildest experiences in different places around the world. I wish to expose myself to the vary attitudes of colors in this creation of God. And, not to forget my daily details in life.
Pictures that speak up for me.
“ Women; when you dress provocatively and without modesty; what you don’t realise, is that today, you will be devoured in the minds of hundreds of men. Now you may be ignorant to your role in causing your brother to stumble, and you may be naive of the way you impact and influence their minds and thought patterns… But let me tell you this, in my ten years of being within the church and meeting Christian brothers from all over Australia, and internationally also - there is not a man I do not know, who doesn’t struggle in some way, shape or form, with lust; and therefore, women, I tell you now… If you knew the thoughts that men fall victim to due to your clothing and modesty choices; I can assure you, that you would quickly change the way in which you present yourself. Temptation is a negative, daily and constant battle for men. So often I hear the complaints from mature women, teenagers and even young girls - of how men and boys don’t know how to respect them, treat them well, or show them appropriate attention, in a situation as simple as a conversation. This amuses me greatly; but also disheartens me, because women; you must realise, if you want men to listen to you, look you in the eyes, and focus on your personality and the things you are discussing and raising - you need to assess your wardrobe, your actions, and your perhaps unintentional, yet still present - flirtational and touchy attitude. You must realise today, that often it is not their interest in your breasts, stomach, or thighs that cause them to be distracted from your face, but the battle that is raging inside their head; to avoid the sin of lust, brought about by your revealing choice of clothing etc. I urge you, as women of the church, as sisters joined together in Christ; to check yourselves. You may suggest it is not your role to help our fellow brothers; but let me assure you - It is our direct and intentional responsibility to assist our brothers in growing nearer to the Lord, and to further distance themselves from sin and temptation. Ask yourself today “Am I a stumbling block in my modesty, or lack there of? - do I represent Christ as well as I could?” - Assert yourself, present your body in such a way that it honours Christ first and foremost, followed by honouring and faithfully assisting your fellow believers within the church. ”
